About Polly
I qualified as a social worker in 2012 and I have worked in England and South Africa in mental health and addiction services. I launched my NGO in South Africa in 2016 to support people overcome anxiety, anger and stress issues. I currently work as a specialized clinical counsellor for an employee wellness program.
