Hi! I'm Toby, I study jazz saxophone at the Royal Academy of Music (RAM)! I can offer lessons to beginner/intermediate students!

About Toby
I am a gigging jazz and session musician based in London.
I have a lot of experience performing jazz, horn sections, wedding bands and musical theatre pit work. This has given me a lot of experience playing music of many different styles. I have had the opportunity to play in venues such as Ronnie Scott's, the 606 club, Winchester nutshell jazz club, the Southampton modern jazz club as-well as many other great venues. I've been leading my own band and playing in other groups since I was 16.
I started studying classical clarinet at the age of 7 and have had the opportunity to perform in some amazing concert halls and even go on tour with an orchestra to Denmark and Sweden when I was 16! I now study undergraduate Jazz saxophone at the Royal Academy of Music and have the opportunity to study with the top musicians in the world.

My lessons are geared towards students just starting the saxophone or students with a bit of experience who may want to learn more about jazz improvisation or get some more personal guidance on the saxophone. I'm happy to teach students of any level or age!
