About Kate
I’m Kate. I finished my B.Sc in Biochemistry in 2021 and will be completing my M.Sc. in Physiology and Pathophysiology in 2024. I scored a 131 on the bio/biochem section of the MCAT and would love to share my strategies for doing well in biochem and organic chem!

I love biochem and organic chem, but it doesn’t come easily to many students. I’ve learned through my own studies and through helping other students that there are two keys to mastering these subjects. The first is understanding the basic foundations that underlie the concepts you are learning, and the second is developing the ability to make connections between units, courses, and ideas. If you’re struggling with these courses, I’ll help you identify what isn’t clicking for you and create a personalized lesson based on mastering core concepts then applying them to more advanced topics.
