About Steve

Twelve years ago, I was diagnosed with ADHD. Not long after, I ventured into the world of medication but the side effects left me searching for a more holistic approach. It was then that I embarked on a journey that would change my life: mindfulness and breathwork. It was through breathwork and mindfulness that I discovered a powerful tool for healing, not just for easing my ADHD symptoms but also anxiety and depression. These practices became my guiding light, helping me find peace, joy, and clarity and leaving me feeling more centred, calm and focused.

My life felt balanced in a way I hadn't experienced before. I was now able to channel my creative energy with newfound clarity. I then decided to train to become a mindfulness coach with breathworks and last year qualified as a breath work facilitator with Breathing Cold in Bali. Prior to that I spent four years studying Buddhism and have attended numerous meditation retreats. Now I want to share my experiences and expertise.

I'm here to help individuals with ADHD looking for a holistic approach to their well-being and to increase their concentration and focus. My mission is to unlock your potential, one mindful breath at a time.
