About Diana
I am a Design student, but I have played volleyball for 8 years, I have participated in different tournaments and trained with different teams in Querétaro, for a year I played in Monterrey and it was where I learned and developed my potential more. On different occasions I had the opportunity to train beginners in the places that trained me. I always liked to transmit my knowledge based on my experience.

Thanks to my vast experience, I have the ability to know what type of teaching each student requires. I like to give personalized attention to each student, so that each element of the sport is easier for them and their learning is effective and above all I make sure they enjoy it.
Some of my teaching methods are:
Direct visual methods :
first the demonstration of how the exercise is or what the objective is, it is taught correctly
how to perform a certain movement so that the student has an idea of how it should be done.
Exercise method in the learning process:
The repetition of a certain exercise is used to generate memory in the body about a certain movement required in sport.
The initial assimilation of motor actions can be carried out in in whole or in parts
My training is aimed at beginners to this sport of any age, but mainly children.
