About Fergus

I am a 24 year old Australian male, I started yoga straight out of high school after dealing with a number of annoying injuries From sport that weren’t allowing me to live the life I wanted to live. It was mostly my knees, from basketball. Yoga allowed me to stay active while taking a nurturing approach to my fitness rather than trying to find my competitive edge. Now yoga is a daily practice for me, when I don’t have anything else, I know I have my practice, it is either the best part of my day, or it makes the best part even better, I want to be able to share what I’ve gained from yoga with other people.

About the lesson

By investing in a class with me, I will be able to give you one on one attention that you don’t find in studio classes enabling you to feel more confident in your practice away from me. I will also be able to indtroduce you to new ideas and techniques as we work together to find which ones suit you best. We can talk through things you’ve been struggling with and tailor a training plan for your specific needs. I love teaching poses as well as breath work and meditation. A session with me will leave you feeling stronger more relaxed and focused, give me a try today :).
