About Alecia
Alecia is a professional singer, music director, musician and private lessons instructor for piano and voice. Alecia started singing from a young age, just loving the passion and artistry that came along. She studied music through the Royal Conservatory of Music program earning her grade 8 certificate in voice and her grade 8 in piano. Alecia furthered her training with a BFA degree in musical theatre from Ohio Northern University. Here she expanded her knowledge in technique for many genres of music including musical theatre, jazz, pop and classical piano through instruction of private tutors and professionals. Loving music, Alecia also plays the guitar and clarinet. She also has a very strong background in music theory, which puts her ahead in sight-reading music, music composition and how to learn and master music quickly.

Learning the basics of piano is a skill that will remain with you for life. No matter what your musical goals are, have the foundation of piano allows you to easily pick up other instruments, helps with cognitive function and memory and gives you a fun party trick!
In private lessons, I build a curriculum based on each students goals and needs. We will focus on technique, music theory, ear training and learning the songs you love.
All ages and levels are offered for lessons.
