Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
My subject is yoga, and the Shiva is considered to be the first Adi Yogi and the
first Guru. He transfers the knowledge of yoga to the satiric on the bank of Kanti Sarovar in the Himalayas. These sages spread knowledge throughout the world, With the help of this knowledge today, we are improving our lifestyle.

In my childhood, I used to see my father doing yoga and I also started doing yoga with him. Since then yoga has become a part of my life.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
My father inspired me to come into this field, and I also like this field. That's why I also did the course of BNYS, MD in Yoga Clinical because I want to relate my yoga practice knowledge to medical science.
How does your work help society?
With my knowledge, I can make my society happy physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially.

So that they can concentrate on their work and make their life better.
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
B. K. S. Iyengar is my role model because it focuses thoroughly on the structural alignment, technique, flexibility, strength, and breathing patterns of the physical body.

Tracking, Music, Photo and Video Graphics, Swimming, Gym, Martial Arts, Learning New Hobbies.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
Yes, I would like to tell a true story about my role model B. K.S. Iyengar.

B.K.S. Iyengar hometown, Bellur, was in the grip of the influenza pandemic at the time of his birth, and an attack of that disease left the young boy sickly and weak for many years. Throughout his childhood, he struggled with malaria, tuberculosis, typhoid fever, and general malnutrition. "My arms were thin, my legs were spindly, and my stomach protruded in an ungainly manner" he wrote. "My head used to hang down, and I had to lift it with great effort.

After that, slowly he started including yoga in his life and after some time he became the greatest yoga guru of the whole world.Iyengar died on 20 August 2014 in Pune, aged 95.
