About Ada
I am currently a university student and I know how stressful and difficult it was for me to get to where I am currently, it can be really overwhelming learning all these things by yourself. I saw with my own eyes the impact that a good teacher or a tutor does and I want to create that same feeling for other students. I also have always enjoyed working amongst others and being able to teach, before I started tutoring I would teach all my friends the content they didn't understand in our classes.

The typical length of a tutoring class will vary between an hour to an hour and 30 mins, depending on what amount of time you as the student can concentrate comfortably for and how difficult and timely the content is. During my lessons, I usually teach with practice questions, showing different examples, solving tests and also having the student explain the content back to me. Lessons will differ depending on the course as well, if it's for English it might be more conversational meanwhile for the IB it might be more actively practising questions. I observe the way you solve questions to better understand your thought process so I can teach you according to it. My previous qualifications include that I have done both English tutoring and IB Biology and Psychology tutoring. My final IB score was a 39/45 and I got a 7,6,6 on IB HL Psychology, Biology and Language and Literature. I am willing to tutor at the very beginning level till the end of sixth form, usually working amongst students in sixth form.
