About Angela
I am attentive to individual student needs and through my previous experiences have developed different strategies to ensure that harder concepts can be well understood. I am flexible in lesson structures and am happy to provide assistance or advice when needed. Previous students have appreciated my 'friendly attitude and patience' during our lessons as well as my 'methodological approach to explaining difficult concepts' which have assisted them in gaining confidence in their HSC studies. I hope that all my students are able to learn from my passion in mathematics and science and gain confidence in their knowledge and skills throughout lessons.

I have 4 years experience tutoring classes and privately and I've developed skills in teaching study techniques and strategies to not only improve understanding of content but to translate this understanding into exam marks.
One-on-one lessons last 1-1.5hrs weekly and I focus on teaching concepts with weekly revision quizzes to consolidate understanding.
I provide individualised feedback and work closely with students to identify and improve areas of weakness. I am flexible and will adapt lessons to address each student's goals. This could involve keeping pace with school progress or accelerating content with a stronger focus on revision. I am also responsive to emails and texts and happy to provide detailed online assistance throughout the week
