Online, Student-Focused Approach. I believe that people won't learn anything they aren't immediately good at or overlooked by teachers. My plan is to create an environment where my students want to challenge themselves, generate goal-focused study plans and personally understand what they need to do to achieve that goal.
Lessons will be conducted via Zoom and will be structured around what the student is leaning at the time as well as fixing foundational issues where necessary.
