Hi, I’m a singing tutor with over 7 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Music, with a focus on vocal performance. Breathing techniques are introduced through playful imagery and rhythm-based games that sync breath with phrasing. Apps like *TonalEnergy* and *Vocal Pitch Monitor* reinforce pitch accuracy in an engaging way. In contrast, Orchestra Members benefit from a more structured, technical approach. Their training includes diaphragmatic breathing drills, resonance exercises, and score-based vocal phrasing. We connect their instrumental understanding to vocal phrasing, dynamics, and tone production. Vocal health is emphasised for both through warm-ups, hydration habits, and guided cooldowns. Suzuki students build emotional connection through storytelling and song-based character work. Orchestra Members refine this through expressive phrasing and ensemble-style performance work. Performance skills for both include mirror practice, mock recitals, and video feedback using apps like *VoCo Vocal Coach*.
