My Approach as a Yoga & Fitness Teacher With over 9 years of experience in yoga and fitness coaching, my teaching approach is rooted in simplicity, consistency, and personalization. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to deepen your practice, I focus on helping you connect with your body, mind, and breath. Teaching Techniques & Methods I blend traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga styles with modern fitness routines that target flexibility, strength, posture correction, and relaxation. My sessions include guided breathing (pranayama), dynamic stretching, asanas (poses), and mindfulness techniques. I believe in gradual progression, not pressure — so you evolve with your body’s natural rhythm. Class Structure Each session typically includes: 5 mins: Centering & Breathing 10 mins: Warm-up / Joint movements 30 mins: Asanas / Workout (customized to goals) 10 mins: Cool down & Relaxation 5 mins: Q&A or motivation tips Every class is structured but never rigid — it’s designed to keep you engaged, safe, and uplifted.
