About Isla
I have just achieved 3 A's in my A level exams for Maths, Physics and Spanish. Now on my gap year, I hope to teach abroad and continue private tutoring because I have enjoyed my experience so far with Superprof. At GCSE, I achieved 9 Grade 9's, so am confident in strategies to achieve top grades across subjects. I have maths teaching experience through a Royal Institution led Programme in 2024, thanks to my sixth form Sir Isaac Newton.

Each lesson typically lasts 1 to 2 hours. I keep track of all lesson progress so we can recap weak areas, and refer to the specification so nothing is forgotten. I also provide study and exam techniques to help students perform at their best in GCSE Mathematics if they would like it!
I am also happy to deliver some lessons dedicated to Spanish or Physics as I study them at A Level, and offer advice for life after high school if students are considering A Levels or University.
I typically offer sessions online, but I cycle to the city centre or students' homes if that's a better fit, message me to find out if I can accommodate your needs!
