I first met Tilly during our TEFL Certification Course. During our training, she was attentive and determined to develop high quality lesson plans for her students. She wasn't afraid to ask questions and always strived to improve her teaching craft. Tilly and I had the unique opportunity of working together at the same language academy. Throughout that year, Tilly was able to enhance her skills and developed creative lesson plans that fit the needs & interests of her students in each class. Her ability to adapt, differentiate, and engage with her students throughout each class is superb. Her teaching style is a marvelous balance of fun and educational.
