Congratulations, a student would like to have a lesson with you! Upon receiving a lesson request, you will have 48 hours to respond to the student. Superprof will notify you of lesson requests by e-mail and SMS. Remember to
configure your notifications.
Accepting a request
From My Messages, click on “Accept” or do this via the notification (SMS or e-mail) you received. As soon as you accept the request, you will be able to message the student and arrange your first lesson!
Students appreciate quick response times: respond as soon as possible!
Refusing a request
If you are certain that you do not want to accept the lesson request, click on “Refuse” from your mailbox. You can leave the student a personalised message about refusing the lesson.
Always try to accept lesson requests as you can always arrange lessons with your students based on your availability.
