About Jana

I first found yoga in 2014 in London and the physicality of the practice caught my interest right away! In 2016 I decided to go to India and I set on a path of self-discovery, looking within and finding my true purpose in life. Through yoga, I am able to understand, appreciate and influence the world around me. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2017 around Sydney. In 2018 I decided to get training in Pilates to expand and complement my existing knowledge on a more physical level. Of course, the physical side is just one aspect of yoga and a big part of the practice is also psychology and therefore I also studied NLP, which helped me to understand myself and others which improves communication with the outside world. All those aspects are included in my classes as I love to share my knowledge with others whether it is more on a physical level or mental level I’m always open to the needs of my clients.

About the lesson

Based in Sydney, my intention as a professional Yoga Teacher is to help students listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone. Happiness is your Birthright! You don’t have to earn happiness or prove your worthiness; you are worthy and you deserve to be happy right here, right now, just as you are, simply because you were born into being. Yoga teaches us that joy is our basic condition, our base level of being—the very essence of our existence. Alignment & Flow pushes you to dive deeper into your practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form. Get in touch with me if you’re new to yoga or you want to deepen your practice.
