About Vincent
I’m a piano teacher with over 14 years of experience teaching students both in-person and online. I hold a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance, and I’m passionate about helping others grow as confident, expressive musicians. My lessons are designed to promote active participation, musical understanding, and a love for playing. I believe that music is more than just notes—it’s about intention, emotion, and communication. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced student, I tailor each lesson to your needs and goals. I guide students through technique, theory, history, and creativity to build well-rounded musicianship. My teaching style is supportive, flexible, and engaging. I help students connect with the music they play and explore their own voice at the piano. Many of my students have grown from complete beginners into advanced or even professional-level players. I offer piano lessons that blend structure with creativity, making each class exciting and effective. I teach music theory in a simple, clear way and help students build strong listening skills from the start. We focus on expressive playing so students can truly connect with the music they perform. To keep learning fun, I use rhythm games and body movement to teach timing and flow. I also use modern tools like music software and apps that help students stay inspired and motivated. I guide learners through traditional pieces as well as styles they personally enjoy. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills, I help you grow both technically and musically. I support students who want to compose or produce their own music by giving them the tools and feedback they need to excel. My lessons are flexible and tailored to each student’s goals and interests. You’ll learn to read music, play with feeling, and understand the language of music. I encourage creativity at every step, while building discipline and confidence. Piano should never feel boring—it should feel like a new adventure every time you play.
