Hi, I'm a passionate piano tutor with over 14 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a Piano Emphasis. I've had the joy of guiding students of all ages and skill levels—from absolute beginners to advanced performers and professional musicians. I specialize in a wide range of piano types, including Grand, Player, Digital, Upright, Electric Keyboard, Classical, and Acoustic pianos. My lessons are rooted in strong fundamentals, with a special focus on chord theory, ear training, improvisation, sight-reading, and expressive technique. My piano teaching approach blends technique, creativity, and personal growth. I focus on building strong foundations through proper hand posture, finger strength, and keyboard awareness. Every lesson is tailored to the student's pace, goals, and learning style.
I guide students through sight-reading, music theory, and chord recognition, making sure they understand how music works. We also work on ear training to help them identify notes, intervals, and rhythms by sound. I emphasize expressive playing and stage presence to boost confidence in performance.
