About Sofiia
I hold a Master's degree in Education from the Kyiv Municipal Academy of Variety and Circus Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Artistic Vocal from the Serzh Lyfar Kyiv Municipal Academy, Ukraine. Not just an educator, I am a seasoned performer who has showcased my talents on both national and international stages. My academic pursuits also include a background in design from the Mykhailo Boichuk Kyiv State Academy of Decorative-Applied Arts and Design, ensuring that my teaching approach is both creative and holistic.
Experience and Expertise
I have led pop vocal lessons for adults at prestigious studios such as ProVoice in Ukraine and Eurovox Studio, and I have nurtured young talents in music and acting skills. My experience extends to composing, allowing me to teach not only vocals but also arrangements in pop vocals, electronic pieces, and atmospheric music.

As a Vocal Tutor based in Southwest London, I specialize in providing private instruction to students from Early Years to adult students. With a focus on professional vocal training, I aim to enhance students' vocal performance and instill structured rehearsal methods to nurture their talent.
My journey in the world of music and education began in Ukraine, where I honed my skills as a Pop Vocal Teacher for Adults at Provoice. During my time there, I supported the instructional process, delivering high-quality vocal instruction to adult learners while adapting teaching methods to meet individual student requirements.
My passion for teaching music extended to Warsaw, where I served as a Music Teacher for children and adults, providing comprehensive support to learners of all ages. Engaging students in various tasks, I aimed to maximize their learning potential and maintain sustained attention during lessons.
Prior to my international ventures, I gained invaluable experience as a Preschool Teacher at Oriana Private School, where I worked with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including learning difficulties and behavioral challenges, finding that singing was the perfect confidence-building and energy-releasing outlet for my students. My tailored approach helped create a positive learning environment, fostering rapport and utilizing interesting lesson plans.
Throughout my career, I've also served as a Teacher of Acting Skills, Stage Plasticity, and Stage Language at Stella Vocal School, nurturing students' talents in vocal chants, repertoire selection, and workshops on diction and acting skills.
Beyond teaching, I've showcased my vocal talents as a performer, hosting corporate events and parties in London. My versatility extends to hosting at high-end establishments like The Strings in Westminster.
With a rich background in teaching and performance, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my role as an Academic Vocal Tutor, dedicated to empowering young learners and fostering a love for music and expression.
