I have been tutoring for 3 years professionally through my academic career at the University of Calgary. I am in my 5th year of a Combined Major in Actuarial Sciences with a minor in Economics and Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics.

My teaching methods can vary depending on the student that I am working with. Through my past experiences, I found that visuals and conversation pieces helped the most to students that were really struggling to understand mathematical concepts. Overall, I enjoy helping students develop tools to overcome challenging subjects with an aptitude to problem solve.
