About Mira
I am a Math tutor with over 3 years of experience and a PhD in Mathematics. My passion lies in applying mathematical principles to environmental science and sustainability modeling. I work with students to explore how mathematics can help us understand and address complex global challenges. My teaching covers topics such as population dynamics, resource management, and climate modeling techniques. We examine how these mathematical tools can predict trends, guide policy, and inform sustainable solutions. My teaching approach in Math is built to connect numbers, logic, and real-world problem-solving. For students aiming to master proofs and logical reasoning, I provide clear, step-by-step guidance. I support learners in developing a strong "architect’s" mindset—building solutions systematically while maintaining precision. Discrete mathematics is taught with examples that link directly to data structures, network theory, and coding challenges. In every session, I encourage students to explain computational problems in their own words. This builds both confidence and communication skills, making complex ideas feel natural to discuss. Practice is balanced between solving theoretical problems and applying them to real-life or digital scenarios.
