About Steven
I am passionate about learning all different subjects and relating what I have learned from sports, music, art, and literature to all other subjects, integrating them with each other. School has always been hard for me, but through good study habits, breaking down problems into simpler pieces, and hard work I have been able to find creative ways to learn and apply ideas which I hope to pass on to all my students: giving them skills that will help them excel at whatever they do.

All lessons begin with warm ups--simple tasks to get students focused--and then practice problems are given to test understanding level; beginning with the basics I move up with the students until there is something they are not confidant on, then we make sure to stabilize understanding and build confidence before proceeding. With emphasis on breaking down issues into parts and building a strong foundation on principals, my methods of finding unique ways of viewing and understanding concepts have helped hundreds of my students over the years find success.
