About Giulia
Hello! I am Giulia and I am 27 years old. From the moment I discovered yoga and experienced its benefits firsthand, both physically and mentally, I felt within myself that I wanted to share and spread my knowledge to as many people as possible so that many other people could experience as many benefits themselves.
I decided to study yoga in India, where I got my yoga teacher certificate, and where I got to know the culture in which this wonderful discipline was born!
I teach yoga both face-to-face and online. The results that my students experience through this practice are a source of great gratitude to me.

Each lesson is customized according to your needs, your skills and the goals you set yourself. Goals can be physical or mental, and we will define them before starting your journey. At the end of each session we will take stock of the situation to define the characteristics of the following practices.
We will be able to experiment together different styles of yoga, including Meditation and Pranayama. The practice can be relaxing or dynamic and energizing, according to what you want!
