About Jeremiah
Hi I’m Jeremiah,
I’m 27 and I started my journey as a yoga teacher 5 years ago. I struggled with ADHD, panic attacks and social anxieties. I started yoga to help relieve stress and to try to find my peace again. Doing my journey I realized that most of my fears was me trying to compare myself to what people felt I should be until I lost myself. My journey through these years helped me to get my life back on track and gave the opportunity to be who I knew I was supposed to be.

When doing yoga you’re learning about yourself the good and the bad and you work towards the better.
