As a yoga instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience, originally accredited with Yogafit followed by several continuing education fitness courses, credits and certifications, I have learned a great deal about critiquing classes for a variety of needs as well as offering motivation and accountability. I understand the process of gaining new healthy habits and how to help others reach their goals!
