About Angied
I was born and raised in North Carolina. I learned how to cook from the best, my mother and grandmother. I didn't attend culinary school or specialize in cooking in college. I studied Paralegal and Criminal Justice. I've always had a love for cooking and a desire to see my friends and family have a good time and enjoy delicious and savory meals. I'm also a fan of fast and easy meals that I can fit into almost any schedule. At the same time I'm not afraid of a good challenge. At one point of my life I was responsible for feeding 9 people every day, and some of them were picky eaters. Cooking may seem stressful at first but if you embrace it, it becomes a place of solitude. Let's get cooking!

We will start out with the basics of cooking. We will learn about common tools used in the kitchen, such as the stove, measuring cups, pastry cutters, and much more. We will learn how to safely prepare meals and advance from basic recipes to more advance recipes.
