NOTE: A part of my Ph.D. thesis has been quoted by Prof. R.J. Shephard in his one of the books (Shephard, R.J. : Fitness in special population, Human Kinetics Books, Illinois, 1990, p175-182), besides several original articles have been published on this area, in National & International Journals.
