About Toby
I am an avid reader and film lover. Literature enhances a person's life, and I want to share that with today's students. Most importantly, I want to dispel the notion that the things we study in school are boring - forced study often kill our enjoyment, but if we focus on what makes these texts exciting, we can make our education a lot easier.

Together we will explore how best to enjoy and understand literature from any place or time. Making the study material fun is absolutely key - once you fall in love with the text, the work stops being difficult or boring. We will learn how we relate to stories from very different cultures, and how we can find their deeper meaning so we can apply it to our daily lives.
