About Jack

I am a first year politics and international relations student at Warwick. My fascination with current affairs as well as political theory has inspired me to share my love of the subject with others, and I thought what better way to do this than to help teach others so that they can hopefully learn about and enjoy the subject the same way I do. As someone who has just taken their A levels and achieved the top grade, I would say that I am more familiar and comfortable with the current state of the ever changing politics A level syllabus than most. Furthermore, having set up a revision group led by me in which everyone achieved at least an A in the subject, I would say that I can effectively break down complex political concepts into simple and easily memorable ideas.

About the lesson

I have experience tutoring maths and English for common entrance as well as helping prep boys for interviews at the top independent schools, all of which have given me the ability to communicate ideas and explain challenging concepts simply and effectively in an online format. These lessons would usually take place on either Zoom or Google Meet. I would usually do 1 hour sessions as I also need to keep up with my own studies.

Jack is an amazing tutor!! He made me go from a D in Politics to an A* in the real thing which I thought was impossible. As well as that I was able to use his politics plans which were so useful. Wouldn’t recommend him enough. Oh and he also helped my brother do really well in his common entrance exam!
