Holly is such a serene presence to guide you on the mat. She is meticulous in her direction but gentle in her approach. Accommodating for every body and ability, she makes everyone feel welcome. I feel like a new human after every session with her.

Coming from a Pilates only background, I had one of my first ever yoga classes with Holly it was such a lovely experience. She had such a positive energy and calming aura that instantly made me feel comfortable and able. She was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure beginners felt supported throughout the class. I left feeling relaxed, more confident, and already looking forward to coming back!
