About Charlotte
I am a passionate horse lover, which has brought me to try out horse-riding when I was approximately 5 years old. I have been riding ever since, and have had the huge pleasure and honour to be taught by a fantastic teacher who joined the Versailles Stables riding along Bartabas (a very famous french rider). However she left those stables because she didn't like the way her horse was treated. And I believe that's the spirit: whoever the rider is, the horse's wellbeing should always be a priority. I have passed my exams for the French Galop 6 Diploma. If ever this doesn't mean much to you, in France, the Galop 7 is required to be allowed to take the exam to become a teacher. I am much more comfortable with dressage, but I can bring my help with show jumping too.
Also, I am fluent in French, so I can give classes in french as well as in English.

I try to copy my teaching method from my own trainer's method. I learned so much from her, so my goal is to try to do the same for fellow riders. I like to take things slowly, one step at a time, because nothing comes out of rushing things. Horse AND rider need time to understand things. I also believe the most important part in learning something isn't simply the result, but mostly the way that you get that result. I believe that rider and horse need to understand the 'how' more than the 'what'. If you don't understand how you got a certain result, then there's no way you'll get to that result later.
