About Sharade
I am an aspiring law student at Durham University with a strong passion for personal development, leadership, and helping young people grow with confidence. Over the years, I have led teams as a National Cadet Corps captain, student council member, and troop leader representing India at the 25th World Scout Jamboree in South Korea, Welfare Officer in Grey College. Through my own journey of balancing academics, pressure, self-growth, and leadership, I have learnt practical ways to manage stress, improve communication, and build self-awareness. I aim to create a safe, motivating environment where students feel understood, empowered, and inspired to become the best version of themselves.
