About Jared
English has been my passion for as long as I can remember. I’ve always naturally gravitated towards the subject and found so many adjacent passions. My love for English began in poetry which encouraged me to begin to write my own, which then divulged into song writing and performances. I have absorbed as much knowledge about English as I can. I believe language is the most powerful tool a human can wield. I have always loved teaching. I have been a sport coach for 5 years now but have always given the opportunity for those I have coached to ask assistance when it comes to their school work. I have an open door to everyone and ensure that they are met with patience and enthusiasm. I believe there is large amounts of benefit in enjoying what you’re learning and that is the environment I want to create.

For my lessons we will go at YOUR pace. You will be met with patience and consideration. We will start with some fun exercises to warm up into the meat of the meeting. We will be efficient but still enjoy our time together. I like to include a “word of the day” that must be used at least once in the meeting to expand your vocabulary. I am a fluent English speaker and tutor ages 5-13
