Navigating 10th and 12th-grade board exams can be incredibly daunting, but you don't have to do it alone. When I was in your shoes, I was fortunate enough to have an incredible teacher who mentored and patiently guided me through every step of the essay-writing process.
That personalized support is exactly what helped me channel my hard work into an A in English as a First Language (EFL) and a 6 in IBDP English A Language & Literature.

I believe that mastering English requires a deep exploration of thoughts and feelings. That’s why my methodology breaks away from the traditional, authoritative dynamic. Instead, I use a friendly, peer-to-peer mentoring approach that creates a comfortable space for students to express their interpretations and build confidence.
My lessons are highly organized to take students from initial confusion to a polished final draft:
Gauge & Explore: We begin by assessing current knowledge of the text to determine the best perspectives to explore.
Analyze & Plan: We read the text together, breaking down main themes and literary devices. Then, we create detailed notes and a structural plan—the most vital step in successful writing.
Guided Drafting: We tackle essays paragraph by paragraph. We discuss the core idea, and then you write it in your own words.
Review & Grade: Once the draft is finished, we do a self-analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses, followed by my grading.
The Rewrite: I provide actionable points of improvement for you to apply in an independent rewrite, solidifying what you've learned.
My classes are specifically tailored for high school students in Grades 9 to 12 navigating the IGCSE and IBDP curriculums.
