Alex is a very patient teacher, calm, and kind. He is a great listener and will sit and help you until you understand the concept. He is very knowledgable and he knows how to teach all kinds of learners. Along with patience and listening, he is skilled in communication, collaboration, adaptability, and empathy.

I am friends with Alex, and we were in a gifted mathematics class together in high school. Alex always had a strong understanding of the material and he never hesitated to provide explanations and help people to understand complicated problems. I would highly recommend Alex as a math tutor!

Alex is a good friend and great teacher. He always takes the time out of his day to help me with any questions I have, even for courses he isn’t in. He does a great job at explaining solutions in detail and gives great backup information to support his answers. He really tries to get me to understand the material rather than just reproducing a solution. 11/10
