About
¡Hola! Mi nombre es Carlos. I am a native Spanish speaker with an excellent level of English. I have a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in philosophy. I have a true passion for learning and teaching. Over time, I have discovered that my calling is to work with people. I love listening and understanding, and I am genuinely curious about others’ perspectives.
During my studies, I noticed that what distinguishes a good teacher from others is their ability to engage with students and transmit the passion they feel for the subject they are teaching. Additionally, I believe a good educator is someone who understands the differences in each person’s learning process. In that sense, my approach to teaching has always been just that. I aim to have conversational-based classes, tailoring my lessons according to the student’s interests and needs.
I have experience as a teacher's assistant in college and as a tutor for around two years. I would describe myself as easygoing, smart, and responsible. I believe these qualities make me a great fit to guide you on your language-learning journey. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have—I will try to answer them as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
