I love biology, and love how many different ways there are to explain science! Teaching Methodology and Techniques: My teaching methodology emphasizes active learning, where students are encouraged to participate in discussions, problem-solving, and hands-on activities 1-on-1. I use a combination of direct instruction for foundational concepts, followed by interactive sessions. This blend ensures that concepts are not only understood but also retained. I also incorporate technology, utilizing educational software and online resources to make lessons. Typical Lesson Plan: A typical lesson begins with a brief review of the previous session's material to reinforce learning and address any lingering questions. We then transition to the introduction of a new concept, using a mix of visual aids, examples, and interactive dialogue to explore the topics, with emphasis on poorly understood areas.
