About Eva
Namaste! I'm a 500 hours certified yoga instructor by Yoga Alliance.
I started my yoga journey back in 2019. I love the physical benefits I got from consistent practice (i.e increased flexibility, strength) but also drawn to the mental and emotional affect it provides.
Since then I have taken my teacher trainings with Vikasa Yoga, Koh Samui and Rishikesh Yoga Teacher Training Centre, India.
One thing that is important to know is that you don't need to be flexible to start yoga, you need to start yoga to be more flexible!
Trust the process and enjoy the journey. I would be happy to guide you on this transformative journey!
