About Me – Your Taekwondo Instructor I am a certified 5th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo with over a decade of experience in training and teaching students of all ages. My mission is to guide each student on their martial arts journey with discipline, structure, and encouragement. My teaching blends traditional Taekwondo values—respect, focus, and perseverance—with modern, student-centered instruction. I emphasize strong fundamentals such as stances, strikes, blocks, and kicks, while also developing advanced techniques in poomsae (forms), kyorugi (sparring), and self-defense. Each class runs for 60 to 90 minutes and includes a warm-up, technical drills, application practice, and a cool-down. Lessons are tailored to the student’s age, fitness level, and personal goals—whether that’s building confidence, improving fitness, preparing for gradings, or training for competition. I’ve successfully helped students achieve belt promotions, compete in tournaments, and grow as disciplined, confident individuals. I uphold a safe, respectful, and motivating learning environment where students feel supported and inspired. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner, my goal is to help you unlock your full potential through the art of Taekwondo
