A friend of mine when I was at UMass recommended him for fiddle lessons. I wanted to learn how to play Ashokan Farewell, my mother's favorite tune. He was gracious and kind and a really good teacher. I learned how to play it within 3 months, which I found out much later is very difficult, but he was persistent and a good leader/motivator. After graduating, I kept taking lessons because I was learning so much. I was able to jam with my friends, and years later, my husband plays the guitar and we play duets all the time! Adam Sweet is a great teacher!

My name is Jeffrey. I am a retired physician from Holyoke, MA. I signed up for lessons with Mr. Sweet after hearing that he was available in South Hadley, which is just 3 minutes from my home! He is very kind, patient for an old guy like me, and very knowledgeable. I love my lessons and am very happy with Sweet Music!
