About Alexandra
I like to get to know my students and their individual needs when it comes to learning so we can create a comfortable and productive work environment. I am studying at college, and having sat my own GCSEs not too long ago, I understand the difficulty students can face when coming up to exams. I want to help you to learn, and will make sure to have fun and interactive lessons to keep you mentally stimulated so that the lessons have a real impact.

I like to focus on specific areas for development, as well as working on understanding the type of questions that will be asked and the ways to answer questions so no question can stump you! Lots of focus on ensuring all gaps are bridged, and a focus on the students individual needs. Typical sessions will be 1-2 hours depending on the students needs with little/no outside of session required work, however I will help to teach study techniques for independent study. I can teach highschool/GCSE students willing to boost their grades in biology or chemistry. I myself am an A-level student who received grade 8 and 9 in chemistry and biology GCSEs respectively and am studying both at A-level. I have done lots of tutoring work before and find my ability to understand and connect with students to be one of my greatest qualities as it allows for a comfortable and productive work environment.
