About Alexandra

With more than 12 years of experience as a Piano teacher, I have helped many students improve their skills and build confidence through music. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals who are interested in learning Piano for personal growth, academics, or performance.

My teaching style focuses on making learning enjoyable, practical, and easy to understand. Every lesson is customised according to the student's goals, interests, and current skill level. I believe that personalised instruction helps students progress more effectively.

Students in my classes learn scales, chords, rhythm, music theory, sight reading, ear training, improvisation, and performance skills. I place strong emphasis on developing both technical ability and musical expression.

Apart from Piano, I teach keyboard techniques and music reading. I also encourage students to develop creativity, discipline, and confidence through regular practice and musical exploration.

My goal is to make every lesson productive and inspiring. Through patience, support, and clear instruction, I help students enjoy learning while achieving meaningful progress.

About the lesson

My teaching style combines communication, creativity, flexibility, and continuous support. I believe every student deserves lessons that are enjoyable, encouraging, and suited to their learning pace. My goal is to help students become confident piano players while developing a genuine love for music.

Students begin by learning posture, hand coordination, rhythm, finger techniques, note reading, and music theory. As they gain confidence, they progress to scales, chords, arpeggios, dynamics, pedal techniques, expressive playing, sight reading, and performance skills.

Every lesson includes practical demonstrations, guided exercises, and opportunities for students to ask questions. I encourage them to understand musical concepts instead of relying only on memorisation. Regular revision and constructive feedback help students improve continuously.

Students are introduced to different musical genres and encouraged to explore improvisation and accompaniment. These activities improve creativity and help students express themselves through music.

Along with piano, I teach keyboard skills, ear training, rhythm development, music theory, sight reading, music appreciation, and performance preparation. These subjects provide students with complete musical knowledge.

My objective is to help students enjoy every lesson, reach their personal goals, and continue growing as confident musicians.
