About Usman

Hi, I’m Usman Khalid – A Level3 and 4 accredited mentor from AUSactive and Active IQ Certified Personal Trainer with nearly 3 years of hands-on experience in fitness, bodybuilding, and athlete development. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients both online and in-person, including during my time in Dubai and through Superprof in Malaysia, where I successfully trained numerous individuals of varying fitness levels. In addition to personal training, I’ve also worked as a boxing coach, having trained 24 athletes who competed in national-level fights. Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, or level up your conditioning, I offer customized workout programs and diet plans tailored to your specific needs.
