About Carrol
Sharing the beauty of a new language is my primary motivation for teaching. I have taught 372 students how to navigate the complexities of Spanish, from basic verb conjugation to the subtle differences between Latin American and Castilian variants.
My MMus Guitar Performance degree might seem unrelated, but it taught me the discipline required to master rhythm, which applies perfectly to learning the cadence and accent and intonation of a foreign tongue. Whether you need help with business Spanish, exam preparation for the DELE, or simply want to improve your travel Spanish, I provide a clear framework for success.
I emphasize vocabulary building and listening practice so you can communicate with ease. I genuinely enjoy watching learners gain the confidence to express their thoughts in a new culture.
