About Michael
I have a PhD in Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership. I have over 14 years of experience teaching on campus and online as an Adjunct Instructor. Also, I was a four year football letterman at Purdue University. I received the Leonard Wilson Football Award for Dedication and Unselfishness.
I enjoy working with Junior High School and High School students. I have experience coaching Junior High School kids in the Police Athletic Football League and High School kids at Purdue Summer Basketball Camps. I look forward in an opportunity to work with students.

As an Adjunct Professor of the Gupta College of Business at the University of Dallas, I was committed in providing experiential learning opportunities in the Management courses. I believe it is the most effective means for enhancing student learning.
I initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions to ensure students understand how to apply the concepts presented in class. I utilize a variety of instructional strategies in order to engage students.
In order to stay abreast of developments in the field, I read current literature, talk with colleagues, and participate in professional and industry associations. I evaluate and revise course content, course materials, and methods of instruction to enhance the learning of students.
