About Christian
Being coached for over four years by national-level and professional coaches has shaped the way I train and coach today. That experience allowed me to compete against Division I college tennis athletes, and I am currently continuing my development with the long-term goal of competing on the ITF professional tennis tour.
Throughout my training career, I’ve been exposed to a wide range of performance methodologies, including:
• Strength training with free weights
• Plyometrics and explosive power development
• Speed, agility, and coordination training
• Dynamic and static balance work

Before any training begins, I assess:

From there, I start each client at their appropriate level and gradually progress intensity and volume over time. This ensures steady improvement while minimizing injury risk.
My priority is for you to train safely and pain-free. I am very strict when it comes to technique, form, and movement quality, because proper execution is what drives long-term results.
