About me:
I am an Industrial Psychologist registered with the HEALTH PROFESSIONS COUNCIL OF SOUTH AFRICA (PS018026). Trained in MBTI, Hogan personality Assessments, EQi, EQYouth, WPI, 16PF, StrengthScope, CPP, General Reasoning Test, Roleplaying, Simulation exercises, Competency Based Job Interview, Workshop facilitation.
INTENTIONS: Life is not a straight line & experiences of work are tangled.
I was raised by the helping professions as a daughter of a driver & domestic worker: 2 entrepreneurs from unknown villages. So I intend to work excellently as an African woman & psychologist to ensure that these hands, this mind & this heart meaningfully work to build others, their workplaces worldwide. Love music, baking creatively, writing poetry and helping others to feel included.
I have experience working in small, medium & large companies including corporate across telecommunication, financial, mental health, diversity, inclusion, higher education and government entities. I have designed and developed workplace industrial psychology and HR intervention to help people enjoy working well together and to grow in their careers.
I am a gifted academic with excellent academic achievements and also have experience teaching in higher education, supervising internships, designing curriculum, reviewing research proposals, tutoring and mentoring students.
Founder of TSHOLETSANANG Afrik community initiative.
It's an initiative with social justice, awareness and skills development in communities, as a goal through:
1. Psychosocial & career wellbeing promotion (better access & psycho-education),
2. Career mentoring & programme advisory.
