About Rosaria

I am a Physics Teacher who spent over 7 years doing research and 2 as a lecturer at the University. I am fascinated by physics and how nature works, and driven by curiosity, with a passion for teaching. I want to show students how amazing nature rules can be through physics and not to be scared of the language we use to describe it (maths). I'm always trying to make learning fun and creative.

About the lesson

The length of each session is one hour and the frequency can vary based on your needs.
I have experience in working as a tutor for over 5 courses of physics and maths at the University of Strathclyde, I have been teaching different Physics modules at the University of Leeds during my Teaching Fellow role there, and I am now teaching Astronomy and Physics as a Lecturer at the University of Glasgow.
While studying for the HEA fellowship, I familiarised myself with pedagogical methods for teaching in different environments, and I have experience in teaching to neurodivergent students, students with learning disabilities and mature learners.
I always try to make learning enjoyable and I am aware that there is not a one-fits-all approach to teaching, so I am careful to the needs of my students and I adapt my stile to that. I always appreciate any feedback to explore room for improvement.
