I am Shalini....currently teaching in BYJUs....a graduate from Delhi University and a post graduate from AIIMS delhi....a very passionate teacher in the beautiful world of biology. I believe in visualization of different concepts with engaging slides and videos while teaching. Any subject should not be monotonous and boring while studying. There should be quizes, crosswords, puzzles and many questionarre rounds so that students learn most of the things in class itself. There should be a great bond between the teacher and the student. A teacher should be motivating and encouraging at every step.I believe that a topper student can remain topper with a small guidance of the teacher....but an average student when shines like a star just because of that teacher's and student's combining efforts then only hisor her efforts pay off.
